Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kulani Kinis, so we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unwashed and unworn bikinis in their original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene stickers remain in place.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your credit or exchange within 5-7 business days.
